On principle alone...

I refuse to leave messages on any phone that has a child recording as the outgoing greeting. Must I be subjected to your child's screaming histrionic voice and a 15 second pause with audible breathing? Eww. Stop it already. Go have a second or third child and get a grownup to record your message.
