Incident =
Much to my dismay, my husband disclosed tonight that we have been paying, for OVER a year, a "membership" fee of no lower then $14.95 and as high as $17.95 per month to VistaPrint. He assumed that it was a gym membership of some sort. Would that I could find a gym that cheap, eh?
In addition to feeling like "the little woman" circa 1958 who didn't read the bills - I now have the pleasure of arguing with VistaPrint to cancel a service that I GUARANTEE I didn't sign up for. I actually remember the "$10" off deal...and I read the fine print. And wasn't interested. I had a two month old. I knew for SURE I wasn't going to call and cancel a faux membership.
So how is this now being charged to his card? As soon as they pick up the phone I'll tell you.
Damage Resulting = $225 in unauthorized charges. I've even placed an order since then and have never been contacted or referenced as a "member".
